TradesOBD is based in Phoenix, Arizona — one of the fastest-growing construction markets in the country. We built this company here because we lived it here. We watched contractors drive past new communities every morning knowing they should be calling those builders. They never did — not because they didn't want to, but because they were already running a business with both hands.
We come from construction. Our team includes business development professionals, former estimators, project managers, and people who have sat across the table from purchasing agents, pre-construction teams, and custom home builder owners and know exactly how those conversations go.
We built TradesOBD because BD for trade contractors was broken. The options were: do it yourself (no time), hire someone in-house (expensive, risky, high turnover), or just don't do it (and watch competitors win jobs you should be on). We built the fourth option — an agency that knows the trades, acts as your team, and doesn't hold your relationships for ransom when you leave.
